Data Quality
Shows how ready the uploaded list is for a campaign or CRM import.
- The quality score summarizes the overall status.
- Empty cells are counted by column.
- Email, phone, and duplicate issues are shown separately.

Cleaning
Standardizes the list without requiring manual edits row by row.
- Trim whitespace: removes unnecessary spaces.
- Normalize empty values: converts values such as null, n/a, and - into empty cells.
- Remove duplicate rows: removes repeated records.
- Text case: capitalizes the first letter of each word.
- Phone format: formats phone numbers using the selected format.

Exports cleaned or filtered data.
- CSV: the standard export format.
- Excel: downloads the list as XLSX.
- CSV ZIP by column: splits large lists by a selected column into Excel-compatible CSV files.
- Excel ZIP by column: creates separate Excel files, for example by city.
- Quality report: downloads a TXT summary of the list.
- Use the file name and ZIP prefix fields to control output names.

- Upload the file again. CleanMyRows automatically tries common CSV encodings.
