Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to and use of CleanMyRows. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. The service

CleanMyRows provides data-cleaning, validation, segmentation, export, and file-format conversion tools. Features, limits, supported formats, and availability may change as the service evolves.

3. Your files and responsibilities

You retain ownership of the files and data you submit. You grant us only the limited permission needed to process, store, and transmit that data to provide the requested service. You confirm that you have all rights, notices, and lawful bases required to process the data, including personal data belonging to other people.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights, distribute malware or unsolicited communications, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, evade limits, reverse engineer protected components, or process data obtained unlawfully.

5. Plans and billing

Free and paid plans may have different limits and features. Prices shown before checkout control the purchase. Paid checkout is not currently enabled; billing terms, taxes, renewal, and cancellation details will be shown before any paid purchase becomes available.

6. File retention

Browser-only conversions are not uploaded by the conversion tool. When a signed-in workflow uploads a file to private storage, it is scheduled for automatic deletion after the configured retention period, currently seven days. You remain responsible for keeping your own backups.

7. Intellectual property

CleanMyRows, its software, design, branding, and documentation are protected by intellectual-property laws. These terms do not transfer ownership of the service or your data between us.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Automated cleaning can make mistakes; review outputs before relying on them for campaigns, compliance, billing, or other important decisions.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CleanMyRows is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Suspension, changes, and contact

We may restrict access to protect users, comply with law, or respond to misuse. We may update these terms and will revise the date above. For questions about these terms, contact info@cleanmyrows.com.
